Nearly two-thirds of a century later, the humble "sugar shack" has modernized to become one of the largest and most diversified maple syrup factories in North America.
At the head of this family business that now counts around 30 employees, Caroline Bordeleau and Philippe Charest-Beaudry continue to cherish the values of the Brien family and respect the terroir.
